I, the above named person, am the Manager/Contact for the team mentioned above and agree to pay $129 for Sportraiture to photograph our team during a game. Payment is to be made upon Booking to secure the agreed date. Final confirmation of the date, time and location will be communicated to us one week prior to the game. If there is inclement weather an alternative date will be arranged. If an alternative date is unavailable then Sportraiture will issue a refund of the $129. I acknowledge, that while every endeavour will be made to photograph all players, this may not be possible.
Images from the game will be available on a password protected website (given to Manager to distribute) for players to view and purchase. In addition a selection of photographs will be provided to the Club for use on social media.
